A recognized industry service leader for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Carriers is hiring for multi-year nationwide projects immediately. We are seeking experienced resources that are able to work in the USA:
• Tower Leads-Crew foreman
• Tower Hands-All other tower climbers/riggers
• Network Integrators
• Entry Level Technicians-Ground based activity
The ideal candidates will possess the following skills & certifications:
• First Aid/CPR
• Certification in tower climbing, fall arrest & ‘Working at Heights’ is mandatory
• OSHA 10/30
• RF Safety Awareness
• PIM/Anritsu
• Certificate from a rigging school or equivalent minimum experience is required
• Familiarity with ODM & 3Z tools
• Team player
• Basic computer skills
• Current valid driver license is required
Job Responsibilities Include:
• Installing, terminating and testing all aspects on a wireless communication site plus steel installations / fabrications on towers and rooftops
• Antenna & Microwave installation; mounting and removal of equipment plus cabling along with RET systems and azimuth
• Sweep testing
• Reading blueprints, constructing & climbing cell tower structures, drilling, rigging loads, grounding, reinforcing & connecting electrical cell tower components.
• Tower Climbing: minimum1 year experience
• Cellular tower / construction – minimum 1 year experience
• Candidate must be willing at times to travel to job sites located throughout the U.S.A.
• Work extended hours (sometimes 10-14 hour days)
• Ability to work in various outdoor climates throughout the year
