New England Electrical Contracting Corp. (NEECC) is in search of high-quality, results-driven Tower Technicians to support our Kingston, MA construction team in the installation and modification of tower and wireless communication facilities throughout New England.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Effectively work on a 3-4 man installation crew
• Ensure that work product adheres to industry standards of safety, quality, and best practices
• Plan, organize, and manage labor and materials to accomplish the assigned scope of work
• Effectively interact and maintain relationships with management, clients, and peers
• Maintain a controlled, safe and orderly work environment
• Demonstrate and uphold company policies, safety programs, and core values
• Daily reporting of job status to the management team
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of wireless industry experience in the installation of major wireless carriers’ equipment on network infrastructure
• Proficient knowledge of industry safety, installation, and testing standards
• Knowledge and experience with crane hoisting, rigging, and signaling operations
• Strong work ethic and high level of craftsmanship
• Technically proficient with strong problem-solving ability
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage personnel, tools, materials, and company resources
• Team player with strong organizational and leadership skills
• Professional appearance and effective communication skills
• Ability to obtain Comtrain and NWSA Certifications
