The Civil Foreman is responsible for effectively leading a project to completion keeping safety, quality, budget and timelines in mind. The Civil Foreman is also responsible for reading a set of plans and having the ability to build a BOM based on those plans with forethought of potential issues that may occur during the build-out process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership to identify key success factors for your civil crew.
Concrete services, quality, crew performance and construction cost.
Direct activities of crew and assist for electrical, civil and structural construction.
Read and redline engineering drawings.
General telecommunications civil construction experience.
Ability to work on and around electrical components (including but not limited to) conduit installations, cabling, grounding and various connectors.
Perform form setting and set layout.

REQUIREMENTS:
Field supervision within telecommunications field is preferred
Experience working on and around electrical components
Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Outside in all weather conditions.
Noise encountered from heavy equipment use on job site.
