Job Description:

Tower technicians meet frequently in teams of two to six members, starting around 7 AM. Technicians will work outdoors in all seasons, assisting with the construction, installation, and maintenance of broadcast/communications towers. Applicants can expect to receive three days of on-site training and develop problem-solving and troubleshooting skills through hands-on experience in the field. Tower Technicians will be responsible for completing necessary repairs, installations, inspections, and other tasks. Applicants should expect to stay out of town between one to four nights per week and work an average of 40 hours per week, with workload fluctuations due to inclement weather.
