Job Description:
The qualified applicant will perform all aspects of new tower construction and upgrades in a safe and proper manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools
Must be able to read and understand construction drawings and tower assembly drawings
Must have or obtain and maintain required certifications including competent climber/rescuer, rigging, CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, RF Awareness, NWSA and other required certifications
Ability to troubleshoot and correct connections
Antenna installation and alignment
Color coding of RF, fiber jumpers
Proficient in rigging and knot tying
Maintain clean site compound and trailer
Lift equipment on tower with the capstan
Pre and post photos
Pass the following tests prior to employment: drug test and background check
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic
Take and follow directions given.
