Crew Leads, Tower Technician I & Tower Technician II

Position Details:
WCC is hiring for all positions, Crew Leads, Tower Technician I and Tower Technician II to add to our climbing crews responsible for the installation and maintenance of wireless communications equipment. This person must be a self-starter, team player and looking to grow in their field while at WCC Tower Company. WCC strongly believes in promoting within.
Responsibilities:
· Installation and maintenance of wireless equipment.
· Climbing towers and other structures.
· Use of hand and power tools.
Required Education and Experience:
· Must have NWSA Certified.
· Must have OSHA 10/30 training and certifications.
· Completed RF Safety Awareness Training a plus but not required.
· Tower Safety and Rescue Training and certification a plus but not required.
· First Aid/CPR Certification a plus but not required.
· Minimum of 6 months of experience on a tower crew.
· 1-2 years’ experience using hand and power tools either in a construction or mechanical capacity with transferrable skills required.
· Ability to work proficiently at heights
· Full understanding of job requirements and willingness to fulfill those.
· Valid Driver’s License.
· Ability and understanding of safe work practices.
· Effective communication skills.
· Able to work in varying weather conditions.
