Project Manager

PCI GlobalCom is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in wireless infrastructure and telecommunications construction. The ideal candidate understands the full lifecycle of wireless construction projects—from raw-land site development, civil construction and tower foundations through tower erection, antenna/line installation, microwave, equipment integration and final closeout.

We are looking for a hands-on construction professional who can manage field crews and subcontractors, coordinate customers and vendors, control schedules and budgets, manage change orders, and keep multiple projects moving safely and efficiently. Experience with tower construction, wireless site development, LMR/DAS, microwave, carrier or public-safety communications projects is highly preferred.

This is a role for someone who understands how wireless sites actually get built—not simply someone who manages projects from behind a desk.
