Job Summary: The Tower Foreman is responsible for ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and industry regulations. The Foreman oversees daily operations on-site, coordinates with project managers, conducts safety briefings, and provides hands-on support with climbing, rigging, and installation tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is for candidates with extensive experience in various tower services. Foreman will be required to closely supervise and assist with the construction and testing of cell sites.

A candidate's abilities must include, but not be limited to:

• Lead experienced technicians.
• Train new technicians, while maintaining safe productive job sites.
• Extensive experience with wireless construction.
• Testing and troubleshooting/maintenance are a must.
• The Foreman will be responsible for the supervision and performance of various construction tasks in the areas of tower erection.
• Coaxial cable and antenna installation.
• Antenna mount installation.
• RF testing and troubleshooting.

Position Requires:

• 1-3 years’ experience operating equipment, reading blueprints and schematics, using tools and materials, and employing best practices used in the installation, repair, and maintenance of telecommunications tower systems
• 1-3 years’ proven experience coordinating, constructing, and installing all tower types
• Ability to quickly diagnose and solve problems
• Ability to work within defined project guidelines and meet deadlines, schedules, and deliverable dates without issue
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable working in customer-facing situations
• Knowledge of tower assembly & erection, along with the various cellular, microwave, and radio systems installed on towers is preferred
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and be able to obtain a DOT card and any other required State/Federal/Local license requirements
• Must be able to travel for extended periods of time, 3-4 week rotations at a minimum.

• Active Driver’s License
