Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Tower Technician role located in Youngstown, OH. The Tower Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as using hand tools, troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repairs on telecommunication equipment, ensuring proper communication with team members, and managing wireless networking systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Hand Tools for tower equipment
• Experience in Troubleshooting telecommunication systems
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair of wireless infrastructure
• Excellent Communication abilities within a team
• Knowledge of Wireless Networking systems
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Certifications in tower climbing and safety procedures
• Understanding of OSHA regulations for tower work
