Tower Technician II
Full-time Posted May, 15Green Mountain Communications is seeking a tower technician to join our climbing crew, which is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communications equipment across New England. This hands-on role involves working at heights to support the expansion and reliability of critical telecommunications infrastructure.
As a Green Mountain tower technician, you’ll be a part of a highly skilled, safety-focused team that values communication, collaboration, and precision. Unlike many companies in the industry, we prioritize regional work so our employees aren’t away from home for weeks at a time.

Job Requirements
- Prior experience in civil or general construction
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Experience operating machinery preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Understand and use safe work practices
- Effective communication skills
- Willing & able to work in varying weather conditions
