Tower Technicians

Looking for experienced Tower Hands and Small Cell technicians in Cincinnati, Ohio - Indianapolis, Indiana - Charleston, West Virginia area or willing to relocate. Relocation program available. Starting pay range is typically $25-$35/hour depending on experience and certifications. $52/night per diem with hotels covered. PPE and certifications provided. This is a full-time local/remote role based out of Cincinnati, Ohio for a Tower and Small Cell Technician at Matrix Telecom Solutions, LLC. The Technician will be responsible for performing installations, upgrades, and maintenance on wireless communication Sites. The role also involves troubleshooting and repairing equipment, conducting inspections and audits, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Qualifications

• Prior experience in the cellular communications industry
• Knowledge of wireless communication systems and equipment
• Understanding of tower climbing and safety procedures Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various work sites
• Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Drivers license required
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check
